First part contains Vipasana

Vipasana Dhyan explained in first part of the audiobook. Very lucid explanation. Hear in Osho’s own voice.

Misleading Title

This book is not on vipassana. There is a very brief discussion about Vipassana, whereas the title suggests as if it is about Vipassana.

Misleading Title - But worth the listen

"Vipassana Dhyan," part of the Osho collection, offers an intriguing departure from its title's promise of meditation. While it may not serve as a hand-holding guide for meditation enthusiasts seeking specific techniques, it presents an engaging perspective on the broader topics of meditation, human nature, and personal growth.

The title could be misleading for those expecting a comprehensive exploration of Vipassana meditation, as it delves into a wider array of themes. Instead, it provides a unique viewpoint on the process and achievements that can result from meditation, as well as insights into human nature. This broad approach allows the book to cater to a diverse audience, making it accessible to a wide range of listeners.

Despite the misleading title, "Vipassana Dhyan" offers an interesting listen, much like Osho's other works. It challenges conventional wisdom and encourages listeners to ponder the complexities of life, the mind, and the path to self-realization. Osho's distinctive perspective is thought-provoking, making this book a worthwhile experience for anyone interested in personal growth and introspection.

However, while Osho's writings often exude a certain magic through his words, the narration of this audiobook falls short of capturing that enchantment. The narrator's delivery lacks the charismatic charm and dynamism that Osho's live discourses are known for. This absence of the "Osho magic" may disappoint those familiar with his distinctive speaking style.

In summary, "Vipassana Dhyan" is a thought-provoking departure from its title's promise, offering listeners a wide-ranging exploration of meditation, human nature, and personal growth. While it may not be the meditation guide one might expect, it serves as an interesting and accessible entry point into Osho's philosophy. However, the audiobook's narration could have benefited from a more charismatic delivery to fully capture the essence of Osho's teachings.

The book merely covers the Vipassana meditation.

The title of the book is misleading. I thought it will be totally focused on Vipassana but felt disappointed.
