Despite being a pasty ginger, Adam has somehow managed to survive into his late twenties. He lives with his fiancée in the suburbs of Dublin with numerous rescue animals, including a Staffordshire Bull Terrier named Alfie and two cats that absolutely despise each other. He trains Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Coach John Kavanagh and teaches beginner classes at SBG Ireland HQ. Adam is also a black belt in Judo and former international competitor for Ireland.
