Aidan James Higgins B.E. MBA MSc(Psych) is a Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Teamwork Specialist with an MBA specializing in Leadership and researching Emotional Intelligence, an MSc in Psychology with research into Psychological Wellbeing and a degree in Industrial Engineering. He has a wide range of experience resulting from over 30 years working with companies and teams within both emerging and established industries in roles from CEO to Management Consultant to Coach. Aidan has lectured in University at post graduate (Masters) level and is a Certified Enneagram Teacher, a qualified Master Practitioner of NLP, Certified in Training and Development and is Certified in Team Emotional Intelligence.
His varied leadership background has led to a keen understanding of how to best deliver organisational objectives through people. He has honed Strategic, Leadership, Communication and Management skills over the years and as CEO he won awards for Business Growth and People Management. He has also gained a deeper understanding of the complex human interactions around leadership by working with world class teachers and some wonderful experienced and trusting clients.
Aidan has been working with Leaders for 15 years to develop their awareness, authenticity and emotional Intelligence He has built and delivered a number of successful leadership and emotional intelligence development and executive coaching programmes with multi-national companies.
