Alex Boussetta, a renowned industry leader with over three decades of elite operational experience, has carved out a successful career embodying transformative leadership and cutting-edge innovation. As an alumnus of the New York Institute of Finance, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Boussetta has cultivated an extensive repertoire of knowledge, receiving a Masters in Engineering Project Management, along with Professional Certifications in Innovation and Technology, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Design and Manufacturing. He is as well an Environmental Professional and a Circular Economy Specialist.
Throughout his career, Alex has driven organizational advancement by effectively managing global matrix structures, taking charge of strategic responsibility and P&L. His leadership portfolio is diverse, stretching across sectors from aerospace to manufacturing, healthcare, and government. Notable past roles include spearheading the Six Sigma Competency Center at Bombardier Aerospace as Manager, steering operational efficiency as Corporate Director of Lean at MAAX, and overseeing quality and supply chain dynamics as Director at Blackberry.

Alex has spent two decades imparting his wisdom to the next generation of leaders at McGill University. As the Program Leader for Operational Excellence, he is shaping curricula and guiding minds in Lean Six Sigma, Agile Project Management, and Operations Management, while also serving as the Advanced Management Program Advisor for the McGill Executive Institute.
Over the years, he has trained, coached, and certified over 1,400 Green Belts and Lean experts, alongside 280 Black Belts and 21 Master Black Belts, demonstrating his immense influence in the field.
