Alison Eyring has been helping people and organisations to grow for more than 25 years. She founded Organisation Solutions in 2000 to solve the people and organisation challenges of growth. As CEO, she has led its expansion into a renowned global boutique consultancy. Today her team of more than 50 consultants operates across six continents, working with many of the world’s leading companies.
Alison speaks and advises on building organizational readiness for growth and leading growth. She is sought after by the media as an expert on leading business growth; appearing frequently on CNBC’s Squawk Box.
In 2004, she founded the Growth & Leadership Forum: a global community where more than 100 leading multinational corporations share and learn together. The Forum includes top-level HR and Executive networks in Asia, Europe, and the United States. Since 2000, Alison has served as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School, where she teaches MBA and EMBA courses on Organisation Design and Transformation. She also co-produces the Driving Growth video series with the NUS Business School, featuring leading CEOs and NUS faculty.
For more than 25 years Alison has coached executives and consulted with leading MNCs to help them understand and solve the people and organizational problems of growth. She has worked closely with global and regional leaders in companies such as American Express, Allergan, Disney, DeBeers, Four Seasons, Hewlett Packard, J&J, McDonald’s, Microsoft, NEC, Thomson Reuters, and Shell.
Before founding Organisation Solutions, Alison worked in Shell, Texaco, PepsiCo, and Caltex. She held senior global roles in HR and Strategy and led teams in Organisation Development and Competitive Intelligence.
Alison holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Organisational Psychology from the University of Houston, Texas. She has published papers in numerous professional and practitioner journals, serves on the Editorial Board of the Human Resource People & Strategy Journal, and is the author of the upcoming book, "Pacing for Growth: Why Intelligent Restraint Drives Long-term Success". Before settling in Singapore, she lived in the US, Bolivia, Argentina, and Spain. When not working, Alison can be found training for triathlons and distance running events.
