In addition to possessing deep experience building and leading globally distributed software teams of 100+ engineers, Swerdlow is known as a passionate leader with a knack for caring for his team members while unlocking team productivity, the work of his team has reached billions of users across multiple products.
Swerdlow earned his BSc, and MSc from the University of Victoria as well as another MSc from Drexel University along with a SAPM certification from Stanford University.
Despite his multiple professional accomplishments, Swerdlow is most proud of his mentorship to the next generation of leaders, his guidance to entrepreneurs and startups, his co-founding San Francisco-based experiences incubator called The Laundry, and his family.
