Creative fires have been a constant my entire life in all its forms and genres. It is a reciprocal relationship that continually ignites me.
The threads that form my human foundation are my love of arts and spirituality. I have spent time exploring each of those areas independently, I’ve been an artist and arts administrator for 30 years; I believe that the ‘spirit’ of art and creativity is in every human and is a manifestation of some subconscious knowledge that we are all a part of the one thing.
In my journey, I have learned and I love Buddhism as a methodology to clean up the mind into the purity of presence; and on the other hand, what I love is at the heart of Christianity, you have an awareness of intimacy with the Divine. That is what the poet John O’Donohue call spirituality, the art of homecoming.
I founded Caminos Arts Management Services, in 2009, to offer comprehensive business development, management, and implementation services for arts and cultural organizations. As Principal of Caminos, I have specialized in leading non-profits, arts, and cultural organizations to innovative and sustainable business solutions. I have worked with my clients to develop collaborations, partnerships, sponsorships, community outreach, funding initiatives, and professional development workshops.
