Ann can usually be found reading books on psychology and how people think and behave. She has a love for psychology and people and enjoys studying how the mind can make or break a person. Ann's greatest goal in life is to help people understand the world around them, and to teach them how to think about problems and issues in a healthier manner. Writing books was always on her bucket list of things to do. It was with her first book, Narcissistic Abuse Recovery, in which she achieved that goal. She's since expanded her portfolio, writing her second book, Co-Dependency Workbook, her third, Gaslighting and her fourth, How to Rewire your Anxious Brain. She has a knack for intertwining both the science behind the subject and that of her experience, due to being in these situations herself.
