Thanks for stopping by. I love to write uplifting women’s fiction. My favourite spot to write is at my kitchen table with my two dogs at my feet, waiting for a break when we can go for a walk by the Irish Sea. Sometimes ideas come straight away, and I can't stop writing until I have it all down. Other times, it takes an early morning walk on the shore to work out the fine details of the plot. Families, the power of friendship, and how women, when they band together are at their strongest are some of my favourite themes. There are plenty of secrets and be prepared to cry, but also, I hope to laugh out loud. I hope you enjoy reading my novels as much as I have enjoyed writing them. My bestselling novels have been translated into twelve languages so far. I am also a journalist working on a national newspaper in Dublin. I live on the east coast of Ireland with my husband and two children, the two dogs, and a cat or two.
