Anne Bernard Becker is the author of Ollie Ollie In Come Free: A Memoir of Swallowed Time, and a book of essays, Fresh Springs Deep Down: Glimpses of Grace in the Personal and Political. She has published articles in Daughters of Sarah, The Journal of Pastoral Care, and America Magazine. While her memoir delves intimately into a child's world, her book of essays shines an equally intense light on adult vulnerabilities. Her writing is informed by seven years in psychoanalysis, her ongoing spiritual practice, and the workshops she leads on inherited family trauma.
