Austin Harris Jr. is an educator and has worked as a public-school teacher for over 16 years. He describes himself as an unassuming person who, out of thin air, decided to write a book. "The experience of writing The Book Why was an example of how God can place an idea in a person's hearts to do something they never thought they would do" Austin writes. He started writing The Book WHY October 2019 and completed the book March 2020 right in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic. The Book Why came right when people need it most.
