After suffering from depression for many years, I decided to do something about it and so I started studying different ways on improving my mental health. I learned a lot on my journey of self-discovery and changed my mindset from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset, using a number of different tools to help improve the quality of my mind and my overall health. The tools are easy to use and implement into our daily lives, what makes it not easy is that it’s challenging to stay consistent, but I guarantee you that by adding small, gradual changes into your day-to-day routine, over time you will see and feel a great difference. Through the work I create, I aim to enhance the lives of as many people as possible and to show that it is possible to live the life you want to live by creating the right mindset.
