A lifelong resident of Virginia, Blaine Coleman grew up in a rural, southeastern part of the state with a large, extended family. He majored in Religion and minored in Creative Writing at Virginia Commonwealth University where he was fortunate to study under many great authors. Sheri Reynolds, author of the best seller "Rapture of Canaan" nourished his love of southern literature and author Clint McGown showed him that writing can be both prose and poetry at the same time. Authors can live or die based on the all-important reader reviews so if you have time, a review would be greatly appreciated. Whether you leave me a review or not, a recommendation to a friend or sharing on Facebook or Twitter would be great- either way, I sincerely hope you've enjoyed my books. The author still lives in the same area, where he can enjoy his gardens and his dogs always have room to run free! Please visit my Facebook page- https://www.facebook.com/BlaineColemansFanpage for more information on the "Tales of Roland McCray" books and others I have published, including more story collections about Roland McCray that are intended for older children and adults, as well as a collection of short stories and poetry, "Falling Water- Stories & Poetry", all available on Amazon.
