Playwright/Writer Carol Otter lives in Boise, Idaho. Over the past twenty-five years she has written and edited dozens of poems, short stories, and plays. Mr. Bone Needs a Home, a full-length stage play (comedy), was reviewed and well received by producers and is currently under review for future production. Ivy and Spiderman, a short play (also a comedy) was produced as part of the fifteenth annual North Park Playwright Festival on October 13-15, 2017 at North Park Vaudeville and Candy Shoppe in San Diego, California. Ivy and Spiderman won best play for week two.
