As a an author, Cheryl now has six books published. Her first book, "Assertiveness: A Life Changing Communication Skill", was published in April 2021. Her first published children's book launched in November 2021, titled "I Love My Family". Her poetry book, "Poems From a Squeegee Kid", launched in April 2022, which details experiences of street youth, and contains a collection of 47 poems written when Cheryl was a squeegee kid living in Toronto. In June 2022, "Sock Soup" released and is a fun children's story that solves the mystery of what happens to all the missing odd socks on laundry day.
2023 had new adventures in children's titles as well. "The Little Goose That Could" launched on February 28 2023, and is an educational tale of goose migration and leadership while children can journey with Jeremy, a Canadian Goose, on his first flight south. "The Cat is Sleeping on My Head" is Cheryl's newest and funniest title, released in June 2023.
