I was taken out on a stretcher, in middle of a conference for entrepreneurs after just having a stroke. My wife was with me, crying--and my three children were back in the hotel room, alone.
The overriding thought on my mind was a question:
Did I tell them what I wanted to tell them?
That led to writing a book--EVERYTHING I'd want my kids to know if I wasn't around. Something they could take with them and use when the inevitable slings and arrows of life attacked.
The result? Life Lessons from Dad: 101 Ways to Get More Out of Life (From Someone Who Loves You)
It covers it all. What would you want to tell the world? Did I miss anything? Please write and let me know!

Chip Franks was born at the crossroads of the world in Killeen, Texas on June 1st, 1972. A Marine brat, and the product of a broken home, he attended a total of 20 schools while growing up in life, to include a stint in college in Brussels, Belgium.
He is an entrepreneur at heart: from selling calendars door-to-door as young boy, selling monster stories to friends in Miss Robinson's class in third grade (his first paid writing gig!), to an illegal nunchakus operation in the 6th grade, selling self-made study guides in 9th grade, a lawn mowing business throughout high school, selling books door-to-door for 80 hours a week while in college for two Summers, and finally by building (and ultimately selling) a real estate and property management company after 20 years as a real estate broker.
He has spoken on the same stages at events with Tony Robbins, Peter Diamandis, Lewis Howes, Daymond John, and Simon Sinek. He's read over 1,000 books. He is a podcast junkie, and a consummate student of life with mentors such as Robbins, Jim Rohn, Henry David Thoreau, Seneca and Joseph Campbell.
Most importantly to you reading this--he specializes in providing easily actionable ways to improve life.
