Chris Barlics has been helping others live a fitter, healthier and happier life for over 16 years. He is a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach as well as a personal trainer who graduated magna cum laude in 2003 with a degree in Psychology from Seton Hall University.
Throughout his career, Chris has coached hundreds of clients and has been the Fitness Director of 3 fitness centers. He is currently the owner of a private coaching business and serves as the Director of Education for one of the largest hospital-affiliated fitness companies in the United States.
He dedicates his time sharing the knowledge and experience he's acquired through coaching, mentoring, speaking and writing. In 2019, Chris published his first book, Crack Your Code: The Ultimate DIY Guide to a Thinner, Happier Life.
In his spare time, Chris loves Martial Arts, bowling, and would live at the beach if he could. He is also a member of the Cranford, NJ chapter of the Rotary Club. More than anything else, Chris lives for the time he gets to spend with his friends and family- most especially his wife, Patrice and their young son.
