Working hard to juggle a family, a job, and my well-being, I tried several diets that never worked for me in the long term. In 2019 I came across Intermittent Fasting and decided to give it a chance. I never looked back. Intermittent fasting is now my lifestyle, and I have never been happier. I started to research all the benefits of how intermittent fasting works, the different ways to fast, and the history behind it. I realized I had so much great information that I would write a book on the subject. I have been writing for years, for myself, but never published before. That is when ‘The Intermittent Fasting Journey for Women’ was born. I will be publishing follow-up books to focus on just how this can help women with their problems and hopefully help as many people as I can.
