Clay Cowan is an accomplished, fervent, and dedicated writer with a penchant for writing constructive guides to life. After 40 years of professionalism, Clay adopts writing as a way of preparing future generations with resources to read and make meaning out of their promising lives. In a short but wealthy and successful authorship journey, Clay has given both fictional and non-fictional books a profound emphasis. He writes relatable content with men and women from different walks of life taking the central theme of his creative expeditions. In all his writing, the dominant intention is to address the plight of those who feel stuck in life and those seeking self-understanding.
More to being an accomplished author, Clay is a well-trained and professional structural design engineer with excellent qualifications that fueled his journey of excellence in his 40-years career. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from the North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, NC. He also holds a Masters in Management from Shorter University. Clay specialized in Structural Engineering Design 3D Applications, among several other certifications.
In his newfound authorship career, Clay has published several best-selling titles, most of them on Amazon. Some of his works include A Guide to Raising Sons to Manhood: Blueprint to Raise a Good Black Man, Daily Affirmations for Men, How to Find and Marry the Girl of your Dreams, Life Skills for Kids, Heal Your Heart and Mind, and his latest journal book, After the Quarantine.
Currently, Clay lives in Stone Mountain, GA with his wife and has three grown children. When he is not brainstorming for the next big book on your bookshelves, you will catch him bowling, running, and collecting music albums. He enjoys spending time with his four grandchildren, watching movies, and reading great books. Clay’s writing journey is fueled by his unwavering desire to leave behind something noble for people to read and become a better version of themselves.
