Cynthia Olmstead founded TrustWorks Group in 1987 and served as its president until it was bought by The Ken Blanchard Companies in 2010. An organizational consultant and group development expert, she recognized that the core of many problems is the lack of trust. She now heads up Olmstead Consulting and works with teams to development trust to ensure organizational sustainability. Cynthia is a graduate of Pomona College and did her postgraduate work in organizational behavior at California American University.
