I live in a charming little town in Rutland, England’s smallest county—a setting that closely mirrors the world of my new cozy murder mystery series, The Dead Actors.
Before becoming a writer, I had a career as a textile designer and lectured in printed textiles at various UK art schools and universities. But eventually, I left it all behind in search of new adventures.
My writing journey began with the Stuck series, a historical time-travel adventure inspired by the kinds of stories I would have loved as a child. Next came The Rebel Runaways, a Victorian alternative history trilogy with a dash of Steampunk.
Now, I’ve pivoted once again and discovered a real passion for crafting cozy murder mysteries. Murder Unscripted is already out, with two more books set to follow soon.
