Daniel DeAngelis is blessed with a loving and kind wife and stepdaughter and is a newly proud grandparent. Their household is lively with the company of two dogs, two cats, and numerous fish.
Raised Catholic and exposed to various religious teachings throughout life, Daniel has always been curious about the deeper truths of existence. With an initial career in the computer industry and extensive experience in various other professions, including a period of self-employment and notable success, he sought to experience more of life and understand it more fully.
Despite these diverse professional achievements, he grew increasingly disillusioned with conventional understandings of life, including career, religion, politics, history, and happiness. This ongoing quest for deeper meaning led to a profound exploration of the true nature of existence.
Eventually, Daniel began to address the persistent questions within the mind, such as how much one really knows about oneself and the world, and what is truly happening around them. Although these thoughts may not be unique, he feels grateful for the ability to recognize and confront these questions.
The belief that the Bible holds all the answers and should be the guiding light was a significant influence in writing the book. The term “Revelation” literally means disclosure—information revealed that could not be understood in any other time period, only when one is "ready" to receive it.
Contrary to some religious doctrines, the author believes that it is important to be curious and ask questions. Curiosity is seen as a crucial prerequisite for growth and change and is the only way to gain wisdom from knowledge.
