His prior book, American Uprising: The Untold Story of America’s Largest Slave Revolt, which explores a pivotal but overlooked moment in U.S. history. He has contributed articles on history, economics, and investing to leading publications, including The Wall Street Journal. Daniel holds degrees from Harvard College and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. His career has spanned roles in finance, investment management, and private equity. He lives with his family in the Boston area.
