Over a 20 year career in music as a talent agent and then manager, Darren represented a variety of artists including Jars of Clay, Third Day and Kutless. in 2010 Darren founded Conduit Church in Franklin, TN where he serves as the lead pastor and lead missionary. Conduit has active and ongoing initiatives in North Africa, Uganda, Nepal, South East Asia, Haiti and Iraq.
