Derek lives in Fishers, Indiana, and has an undergraduate degree from Anderson University, a Master of Theological Studies, and a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Counseling. As a Certified Public Accountant, he worked for the international consulting firm Deloitte for a number of years before starting his construction management firm in 1992. Wilder is currently the CEO of Hallmark Homes, Inc. and the Executive Director of Lives Transforming Group, Inc. He founded Convergence Therapy, which integrates cognitive therapy and grace-based theology into the accredited college course "Thought Life and Spiritual Growth."
