Over the past two decades, Dixon Troyer produced, written, and directed over 400 television episodes, including Cake Boss, Trading Spouses, and Greatest American Cowboy. Dixon grew up in Idaho, topping corn, harvesting mint, and cattle ranching, before earning his BS in Zoology, (which he uses for absolutely nothing) while keeping his redneck ancestry close competing on the college’s rodeo team. When not immersed in storytelling, he serves as the VP of Operations and a Krav Maga instructor at a boutique gym in Southern California.
