I’m a Chartered Psychologist and a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I’ve dedicated my whole career to researching and practising psychology. I run a busy private practice in London.
I have spent many years helping thousands of people to become happier, healthier and more successful. I have contributed to the scientific evidence for the effectiveness of CBT in numerous scientific journals and books. As well, I have presented my evidence at scientific conferences.
Mixed with my expertise, I am passionate about psychology and its potential to help people lead happier and healthier lives. Over the years I have seen how much of a change can be made by psychological approaches and I would like to help more people access that change. Psychology has a lot to offer to improve lives in lots of ways but it can be quite complex and time-consuming to apply.
In my Zenitude Self Help series, I aim to bring to you well-researched psychological tools and techniques that are deliberately concise to make them easy to follow and understand. I combine psychological approaches such as CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness as well as influences from Somatic Psychology
