Dr Harry Somaraju is an award-winning Author, Researcher, and Personal Transformation Facilitator.
He obtained a PhD in psychology investigating mindfulness. During his doctoral work he realized that the methods people were using to combat anxiety and stress weren’t providing long-lasting relief.
