Earl Freeman was born in Fresno California, but was raised in Oklahoma City by his father (Earl Freeman Sr.) He is an American author and entrepreneur. After graduating from Langston University with a B.A. degree, he worked at the Oklahoma City juvenile detention center as a juvenile detention officer for two years. He currently lives in Atlanta Georgia, with his wife. He is a proud father of four children and one grandchild. The Berry House is his first novel.
