Edyth is a nutritionist and also a chef based in Florida. She works with plant-based dishes; according to her, that is a much healthier option and is better for the environment. She comes up with foods that are supposed to taste like meat, even though they are made from plants so that her customer doesn't find it impossible to go vegan, and they also taste better than ordinary plant-based food. She happens to be a researcher and has worked as one in many universities. Her research is mostly on switching to a plant-based diet and how it will change your entire life and body processes. She has also written a couple of books for her recipes and about people trying to follow a diet to live a healthier life. According to her, you should not have to compromise on the taste of the food; you can still eat a decently flavored meal, even if it is healthy and made up entirely out of plants.
