Elaine Sallerrot is a managing editor in a trade publication. She was approached by Peyton Cottrell II to read his movie script for "The Bone Orchard" for possible production. After a massive rewrite of the script and production delays, the feature halted. Still loving the story, Sallerrot decided to write the script into a book by the same name.
Sallerrot hopes to continue writing paranormal fantasy in the near future, with the groundwork already under way for her second work, "Beneath the Shadows."
