Ciao! I’m so glad you’re here! Fifteen years ago, after earning a certificate in plant-based nutrition, I wrote my first book Beanalicious Living, eager to share the knowledge that had transformed my life. Back then, I believed better information would lead to better choices. But it’s not that simple—stress, our environment, and even the pressure of dieting can trigger unhealthy eating habits. The constant buzz around low-carb diets only adds to the confusion. I eventually stepped back from wellness coaching to focus on executive coaching, teaching mindfulness and stress reduction. Competing with pop culture trends? Impossible! But last year, a trip to Italy reignited my passion. In a small grocery store, I saw people embracing wholesome food and savoring each meal. The Mediterranean lifestyle is more than just a diet—it’s a balance of pleasure, connection, and mindful living. But even inspiration has limits. Changing how we eat isn’t just about logic; emotions play a huge role, and they’re hard to ignore. This is where self-sabotage sneaks in, leaving you frustrated. I get it! That’s why we need a new approach, one that nurtures both body and mind. It’s not about deprivation but building a healthy relationship with food. My latest book, Tastes Like la Dolce Vita, blends 15 years of coaching with practical, fun guidance to help you do just that.
