Ellen EJ Kim is a marketing and branding professional with substantial experience in managing food and non-food products since 2008. She currently manages a few food brands, including products in the Plant-Based Protein space. She obtained her MBA in marketing and strategy from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. With this tofu book, she wanted to use her passion for storytelling and health & wellness to help those who desire to eat better, navigating their healthy and sustainable lifestyle. When she is not working, Ellen enjoys practicing yoga, playing with her dog, going to art museums, reading books, and cooking. And of course, tofu is usually her go-to ingredient. Fun facts about Ellen: she has traveled the world, lived in five countries; The USA, South Korea, Germany, Austria, and England. She is happy to call the USA her home and currently lives in California.
