Emily Walsh is a wife and mother of two beautiful children. Once she became a mother she took a deep interest in where her children were getting their food supply. She wanted the healthiest options for her family and set out on a quest to find these foods.
In her quest she discovered and learned things about raising small livestock like chickens and rabbits in her backyard. She also found that she could raise her own vegetables in her garden that were far superior to anything she could buy at the store.
Along the way she also discovered that by providing a healthy and quality food supply in her backyard; she was becoming more self sufficient. She takes pride in this and it shows in her writings of small scale livestock and gardening.
