George Cramer draws on his experience as a police officer and a corporate and private investigator to create compelling fiction. He writes across genres from historical romance to gang-related suspense. He shifts effortlessly between poetry and creative nonfiction short stories.
George received a Master of Fine Arts/Creative Writing – Fiction from the Institute of American Indian Arts. A descendant of the California Karuk Tribe, he follows the tradition of sharing his skills with others. He is active in California Writers Club, Public Safety Writers Association, and Sisters in Crime. Between writing, he enjoys cross-country treks on his Harley-Davidson.
