He enjoys writing post-apocalyptic and Thriller novels with less emphasis on violence and more emphasis on the human relationships and how they might change under extreme conditions.

He lives with his partner and two kids, both teenagers, neither of which are fans of the post apocalyptic or Thriller genres.
Sadly they got their mothers genes in that respect.
The two family dogs, Basil the Labradoodle and Fozzie the Jack Russell/Bichon Frise cross are also not interested in his writing, preferring to sleep until car keys are rattled and a walk is in prospect.
