Greg Watson is a psychologist and trauma recovery coach based in Los Angeles. His mission is empowering traumatized people to overcome their past and lead joyous, fulfilling lives without fear, flashbacks, anger issues, or depression.
Greg works with war veterans, sexual and domestic abuse survivors, as well as people who grew up in emotionally abusive families. He uses a wide variety of techniques and draws on scientifically proven methods, including CBT, EMDR, art therapy, attachment therapy, and others.
Since Greg's interests include attachment theory, he also coaches individuals and couples who experience recurring problems such as jealousy, trust issues, or toxic relationship patterns rooted in childhood trauma.
In his books, Greg seeks to provide an affordable DIY alternative to coaching. He offers his favorite coaching techniques and exercises, shares anecdotes, and helps his readers develop unique coping strategies.
When he's not busy coaching clients or writing his next book, Greg enjoys working out at the gym, spending quality time with his wife and two daughters, and attending art events.
