Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology, specializing in exercise science and sports psychology, and having spent most of her life as a competitive athlete, Hayden is intimately familiar with the mental demands of high-stakes competition.
Throughout her years in various sports including soccer, gymnastics, and volleyball, Hayden encountered numerous mental challenges that threatened to derail her athletic ambitions. However, thanks to the mentorship of seasoned athletes, the insights from her academic pursuits, and a relentless determination to push her own boundaries, she mastered the art of mental resilience.
Drawing inspiration from her own tribulations in the sporting arena, Hayden felt a compelling urge to pen down her experiences and insights. She recognized that mental fortitude was often the distinguishing factor between those who simply participated and those who truly excelled.
