Heidi McNulty is a real estate investor, entrepreneur, speaker and widowed mother of three children. After buying her first property at 19, she scaled her real estate portfolio to more than 15 million dollars, then sold her business for seven figures to retire at 35 (while still flipping between 12 and 20 homes a year).
McNulty is a mentor to young people, beginner real estate investors and startups as well as a frequent guest speaker at real estate investor associations in Utah, including the SLREIA and the UVREIA. In 2022, she was a guest speaker at Tony Child’s Pivot Point event and a featured mentor on America’s Real Deal.
In 2023, McNulty met and married Rob Eastman, the “tattooed life coach,” and together they are launching The Village Effect, a revolutionary holistic wellness program offering counseling, family services and life and finance coaching. She lives in Utah with her family. "Buying Time" is her first book.
