Helen Jane Rose completed a degree in Journalism and then worked as an editor and journalist in London. A move to the Caribbean saw her life & career take a different turn and she retrained in holistic wellbeing; qualifying as a yoga instructor, meditation teacher, and energy healer.
Her love of writing spawned her first fiction novel ‘To Fear, With Love’ published by Roundfire Books. Her second & third books, ‘Wake Up’ & ‘The Secret Not Being Spoken About’ were inspired by automatic writing.
