Kelly’s first writing credit as “JK” appeared in the late 70s in automotive and motorsports magazines. Then, after a career in the auto racing industry, he retired early to pursue his passion for storytelling. First with novels, including Deadly Driver, a finalist in an annual thriller competition, and then writing screenplays like The Lost Bird and Something Like A War, a semi-finalist in a national screenwriting contest.
He lives in Media, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Lisa, and continues a never-ending pursuit of the next adventure.
