Jay Grochowski grew up in Lisle, Illinois. He earned his BA in journalism from Indiana University where he played outfield for the Hoosiers. After two years as the Sports Information Director, journalism instructor, and Head Baseball Coach at a suburban Chicago college, Jay embarked on a 37-year sales career that has taken him to all of the lower 48 and Hawaii. He currently lives near Chicago.
Jay released his debut novel, Kelli’s Pine, in 2020. The sequel, Just Cole from Mankato, arrived in January, 2022.
