I am a Texas based poet, painter and singer songwriter. My formal studies included attending North Texas State University, Amarillo College, Texas Wesleyan College and Texas Christian University. But most of my true education was from the streets. I traveled extensively, if not lavishly, as an itinerant musician and began writing music and poetry along the way. I now live in Fort Worth, Texas with my wife, Melinda, and my two Jack Russell Terriers, Jackson and Jillian.
