Jim Hanson, poet, runner, translator, weightlifter, baker, bearded guy, lives on his great-grandparents’ farm near Douglas, Michigan. His most recent book "Trees are Masters of the Space" combines lyric and narrative to sketch a portrait of that farm, its history and its ecology.
