John Barnes is an avid writer for all types of mediums. He’s written advertisements, TV and radio spots, web sites, news stories, manuals, songs, poems and more. THE END is his first novel and was a concept he thought of during high school in the Chicago area. His book has won numerous awards and has been very well received with both adult and young adult audiences. John’s a big fan of the arts and sports. He loves painting and musicals as much as football and P90-X. He and his wife Allison are avid paddle boarding enthusiasts and go all over the country. Together, they created a YouTube channel about paddle boarding. John’s into experiences that promote creativity, provide service to others, and bring joy to all. THE END is all about showing more kindness to everyone—even those who believe differently than we do. That’s the message he hopes to promote across the country. John and Allison have 3 children and 5 grandchildren and live in Las Vegas.
