John Williams was born in Miami, Florida and now lives in New York City, where he works as a sport nutritionist by day and a part-time writer in his free time. With a BS in Sport Nutrition, and a burning interest in health and fitness in general, John took to writing and now has three books which include titles on HIIT Training, the Ketogenic Diet and the IBS Diet. In his spare time, John enjoys working out and weightlifting, cooking new exciting and healthy food, and motivational speaking, where he hopes to inspire others to become fitter and healthier.
