Joonas doesn't have a medical PhD nor is he a fitness celebrity. Actually he would probably prefer to stay anonymous. He's your average guy who ran into some health issues years ago and had to learn how to fix himself. After awhile he started helping other people fix themselves. In the process his body of knowledge on knowledge of the body, excuse the pun, got pretty substantial. Turns out the same things that'll make you healthy will also make you strong and shredded. Writing books is Joonas' way to help people all around the world regain their health and transform their body.
Joonas believes in a simple evolutionary framework when it comes to health and exercise: Once you know what's good for the human animal, getting strong, healthy and vibrant becomes effortless.
