Joshua Rovner is Associate Professor of International Relations at American University, and nonresident senior fellow at the Brookings Institution. Rovner is the author of the multiple-award winning Fixing the Facts: National Security and the Politics of Intelligence (Cornell University Press), and Strategy and Grand Strategy (International Institute for Strategic Studies). He writes widely on intelligence, strategy, and international relations. Rovner holds a Ph.D. in political science from MIT.
