Katherine was born and still resides in the beautiful state of Michigan. Initially, she focused on performing arts and vocal performance. She attended the prestigious high school, Interlochen Arts Academy, in Michigan. After several offers from various colleges, she chose the University of Michigan. Along with being a writer, she is a water-colorist, mother, and wife. Some of her beloved authors are L.M. Montgomery, Nora Roberts, Stephenie Meyer, Tracy Wolff, and JK Rowling just to name a few.
