Katrina Bos offers trainings online and around the world in spiritual growth, relationships, and intimacy. She invites us to explore new ways of seeing the world, deepen our relationships, and find the joy that we know is possible. She grew up in Toronto, studied mathematics at the University of Waterloo and then moved to the country after falling in love with a dairy farmer. She was a computer programmer until babies came along and her life became about milking cows, raising children, gardening, and driving tractors. In 1999, she went through a health crisis with lumps growing in her breast, only four years after her mom died of breast cancer. Through this journey, she met her first true spiritual teacher who guided her in a completely different way of seeing the world. This entire journey can be read in her book What if You Could Skip the Cancer? As her story spread through family and friends, people began coming to her for healing help. She returned to university to study psychology and spiritual studies. She also became a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher, thus beginning a new path of counselling and teaching out in the world. Her passion for tantra and relationships comes from her deep love of intimate connection with others—friends, children, family, lovers, students, and random people she meets on the street. This belief that so much more was possible led her to decades of study and practice of the wonderful world of Tantra and Divine Union. Today, she lives in Goderich, Canada surrounded by her friends, children, and wonderful community. Her greatest joys continue to be the study of spirituality and humanity.
